Disappointing yet guess it had to happen. My wife falling on our stairs and breaks her right leg on January 21st to,which she s still in hospital recovering has meant having to downsize our house and to SELL. Old age catching up as well. Have placed the house on the market and with the help of our daughter found a lovely ground floor two bedroom apartment in Clacton-on-Sea in Essex. Much nearer my daughter and family in North London(80 compared to 200+ miles). Hopefully there will be enough surplus from the price of our house and the apartment to last us a while. Sadly I,ll have to give up my two year old garden shed cum fly tying workshop/Man Cave” as unable to dismantle and take it with us. Hopefully there,ll be enough room in our new apartment for my Fly Tying. Never done any salt water fly fishing before so with a pier a fifteen minute walk away looking forward to,it.
