I don't know whether I have posted any of my own ties yet, here is one that has helped during what could be tough chronnie fishing...

After getting shot down by glass worms too many times I decided to do something about it. Size 18, I squint the whole time I tie it, hence name.

I know the usual mannoever when glass worms or daphnia are on is to switch to an attractor like boobies or blobs, but this has also worked.

Do you know what the body is? Has a milky kind of appearance.
Indeed! Short answer, custom.

Long answer...Thread is a standard grey. Extra fine silver rib. There is a wrap of a very soft but shiny material that is both pink and olive depending on how the light hits it. The only label I could find says glitter thread. It is similar to crystal flash but finer.
I make an under wrap of the glitter thread with a single layer of grey thread over top to allow the glitter to softly come through. It is finished with 3 coats of hard as nails. This combination makes the milky look.
I use this with a variety of coloured thread above a glitter underbody.
