A great way to improve your tying is to tie multiple copies of a single pattern. One way you can do this is join a fly swap. Most are open to all level tyers and all of mine are! As a bonus - all swappers in my swaps get a fly tying gift (or two!) just for participating!

Let me know that you are new to tying (as well if you are new to swaps). I am most happy to provide any assistance you require - short of tying your flies for you, that is! I can help provide pattern suggestions for the swap, hints/tips/tricks before you tie and feedback after you tie! Feedback will include where you did well, where you could improve INCLUDING steps you can take to make those improvements.

I hope that you check out the "Swaps" section. My Newest swap - the BS Swap is on the books at this time. Oh, and BS stands for Before Synthetics - in case you wondered! ;)
